Return & Refund Policy 

At XLDTFprint.pk, we prioritize product quality and customer satisfaction. Since all our products are custom-printed based on customer-approved designs, we follow a clear and transparent Return & Refund Policy as outlined below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return only if:

  • The product received is damaged,

  • The product is defective,

  • The product’s print, color, size, or design is incorrect due to our mistake,

  • The product received is different from what you ordered.

Custom-printed products are not eligible for return or refund if the error was caused by incorrect details provided by the customer (such as wrong size, wrong color, wrong design upload).


2. Timeframe for Return Requests

Customers must report any issue within 24–48 hours of receiving the product.

To process the request, the customer must provide:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue

Requests submitted after 48 hours will not be eligible for return or replacement.


3. Return Process

Once your request is reviewed and approved:

  1. You will ship the faulty/incorrect product back to us.

  2. After we receive and inspect the returned item,

  3. We will send a correct and defect-free replacement product.


4. Shipping Cost Responsibility

For valid return cases (damaged, wrong, or defective products):

  • Customer pays shipping charges for sending the product back.

  • XLDTFprint.pk pays shipping charges for sending the replacement product.

This makes the shipping cost shared 50/50 between both parties.

If the customer ordered the wrong size, wrong color, or wrong design due to personal error, the customer must bear full shipping charges (both ways).


5. Replacement Policy

  • All valid return cases will receive a replacement only.

  • A replacement will be issued after we receive and verify the returned product.

  • If the required product or size is out of stock, the closest available option will be offered with the customer’s approval.


6. Refund Policy

We do not offer cash refunds for custom-printed products. Only replacements are allowed.

Refunds are only considered in rare cases where:

  • The product cannot be replaced due to stock limitations, or

  • The order cannot be fulfilled by us for any operational reason.

In such cases, refunds (if applicable) will be issued to the original payment method within 3–7 working days.


7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not returnable:

  • Used or washed products

  • Products without original packaging

  • Products damaged due to customer handling

  • Customized products where the design was printed accurately based on customer-provided artwork

  • Products reported after 48 hours of delivery


8. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate size, color, artwork, and design details

  • Reviewing the design preview before confirming the order

  • Providing correct shipping address and contact details

  • Inspecting the product upon arrival


9. XLDTFprint.pk Responsibilities

We ensure:

  • Accurate and high-quality printing

  • Safe packaging to prevent damage

  • Support for all valid return and replacement cases

  • Sharing shipping responsibility for faulty product cases (50/50 basis)
